Yes, we constantly update the themes and plugins available in our package and always add new items.
You can update directly from your back office using the plugin: Club WPress Updater
Do you provide support?
For installation only. Because we provide third party elements, we provide no assistance for technical problems, their use or customization.
Do you provide an activation/license code?
No, all the items available on our site are under GNU GPL license and do not require activation. Some items only require registration for automatic updates, but do not restrict their use.
What is the usage limit?
There is no limit. WordPress, as an open platform, advises all developers to adopt the GPL in products developed for its platform. This allows anyone to use, modify, and redistribute the software as it seems appropriate.

All WordPress elements such as Plugins and Themes are licensed under General Public License (GPL). GPL means that once we purchase an item, we are free to redistribute it if we decide to.

Can I switch from a monthly subscription to an annual subscription and how much will it cost me?
Very good choice! Yes, you can change your plan at any time from your account.
How long does a membership last?
We currently offer monthly, semi-annual and annual subscriptions. The longer you sign up, the bigger the discount we can offer. For example, a semi-annual or annual subscription you save 25% compared to an annual subscription!
Are there any restrictions on the number of downloads?
We had to revisit the issue because some members were downloading the files in large quantities,
The limit is 20 downloads per user/day.
Are there any restrictions on the number of domains?
If you use the Club WPress Updater plugin, you can activate your license on 5 domains. If you are a Web professional and you want to extend your download rights to more than 5 domains, you have the option to buy packs of 5 domains valid for 1 year directly from your account.
Can I keep plugins/themes after my subscription ends?
No problem. Again, under a GPL license, you are free to keep them if you wish.
However, you will no longer have access to future updates without an active Club WPress subscription.
How can I contact you to report a trademark/copyright breach?
As all items are GPL-licensed, it is extremely unlikely that this will be the case. We use product names as a means of identification. We make it clear on our website that no articles on this site are approved or sponsored by a trademark holder.

Can I get a refund?
No, I’m sorry, and we explain why:
The nature of digital media means that once you’ve downloaded a plugin or theme, you really can’t “return” it.
If you think you have any doubts, why not just subscribe a month before committing to a longer subscription?
