• FIX Divi 4 to Divi 5 conversion: conditional logic, multistep (submit button, progress bar, last-step fields), image/file field styling and shortcode rendering now convert and display correctly so existing forms keep their behavior and appearance after conversion.
• MOD Field input styles (background, border, font, focus) now use one form-scoped CSS rule instead of repeating the same rule for each form field, reducing generated CSS size.
• FIX Save to Database: Entries now show all submitted fields when a form has repeated labels, including conditional fields that were previously hidden in the entries table.
• FIX Save to Database: When forms reuse the same label for different fields, entries now show the field ID in the column title so each column is clearly matched to the correct field.
• FIX Save to Database: Entries no longer include helper-only fields like Content, Calculation, or Form Step, so table columns only show real submission answers.
